Alpro’s Barista Book

Cool story, brew.

We all know barista’s aren’t too fond of adding soy to their sublime coffee blends. When Alpro asked us to find a way to increase the acceptance of soy and other plant based drinks in coffees bars we came up with quite a daring solution: a book that would explain all the benefits of using plant based drinks in your hot brew.

The result? An unbranded book with the title: ‘I take my coffee black’. We were in charge of concept, design, photography and the production of a high end print edition with a screen printed cover. Since its release, the publication has already been translated and edited for The Netherlands, UK, Germany, Hungary and Russia.
